Key responsibilities in this position

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current accounts to optimize revenue.
  • Prospect and onboard new clients, comprehending their requirements and delivering customized solutions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams—sales, marketing, and product development—to ensure client contentment and foster business expansion.
  • Present our products/services and value proposition to clients effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are equitable and mutually advantageous.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on market trends and competitor activity to discern potential threats and opportunities.
  • Strive to surpass sales targets set by management consistently.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in account management and sales.

Qualifications you need for this job

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in building and nurturing relationships with clients across all levels.
  • Driven by results with a self-motivated mindset.
  • Competent in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to function effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to adapt and embrace change within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess your own PC and reliable internet connection.
