We are an ambitious e-commerce company with a focus on quality assortment and scaling in the European market with different concepts. We sell products directly to customers from our own warehouse – so we are not another dropshipping company. The Purple Monday  is a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce company dedicated to providing high-quality products. We work in +10 countries in Europe and daily work with several concepts within E-com with a focus on products for kids and families.

Position Overview as CSR / E-COM VA

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Customer Service Representative / E-commerce Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, and are ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you! We are looking for people with the right mindset and what we call good people. It is more important that you are not afraid to learn new things than you have the perfect CV from day one in this position. We will teach you everything on the onboarding time.

Key responsibilities in this position

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Handle customer returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings on platforms.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels and product listings.
  • Continuously improve customer service experience.
  • Help customers navigate our website and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Remote back office tasks with people from different departments
  • E-com tasks for launching new concepts and markets in Europe.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets.

Qualifications you need for this job

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a remote team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

The position is full-time, 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Working hours are typically from 05:00 – 13:00 CET. The position can be started as soon as the right person is found and preferably within more or less 1 month.
