Working closely with the CEO, this role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, aligning product features with marketing goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities in this position:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strategy and Vision<\/strong>: Develop and execute a robust product vision and strategy for eCommerce solutions that align with marketing objectives and overall business goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Roadmap Managemen<\/strong>t: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Marketing Integration<\/strong>: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure that eCommerce products and features effectively support and enhance marketing campaigns and initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product and Business Development<\/strong>: In close collaboration with the CEO, you will manage the entire product development lifecycle\u2014from ideation to launch\u2014ensuring that digital products adhere to high-quality standards, offer a seamless user experience, and include well-implemented workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Build Marketing Strategy<\/strong>: Design and implement marketing strategies, taking a hands-on approach to drive product launches, promotions, and ongoing eCommerce initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performance Tracking<\/strong>: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and marketing effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership and Performance Management: <\/strong>Establish clear objectives and expectations for the team, ensuring that each member understands their roles and responsibilities.
