Create targeted messaging to engage different segments of our audience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Content Creation:<\/strong> Design and write compelling SMS and email content that drives action. Work with designers to create visually appealing templates and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Campaign Management:<\/strong> Oversee the end-to-end process of SMS and email campaigns, from planning and execution to monitoring and optimization. Manage campaign schedules, audience segmentation, and delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performance Tracking:<\/strong> Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize future campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\/B Testing:<\/strong> Conduct A\/B testing on various elements of SMS and email campaigns (e.g., subject lines, content, calls to action) to identify and implement best practices for improved performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>List Management:<\/strong> Maintain and segment email and SMS lists to ensure accurate targeting. Manage data hygiene practices to keep lists clean and compliant with regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compliance:<\/strong> Ensure all SMS and email campaigns adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA. Implement best practices for data privacy and consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong> Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics. Analyze trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate findings to the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collaboration:<\/strong> Work closely with the marketing team to integrate SMS and email campaigns with other marketing efforts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities in this position:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Proven experience in managing SMS and email marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving engagement and conversions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong> Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tools:<\/strong> Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and SMS marketing tools.
