We’re in search of an adept and innovative Email Marketing Manager to enrich our team. The perfect fit for this role will spearhead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns aimed at fostering engagement, enhancing retention, and driving revenue. This position necessitates strategic acumen, analytical prowess, and hands-on implementation to deliver impactful email communications tailored to our target audience.

Key responsibilities in this position

  • Formulate and implement email marketing strategies to bolster engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Oversee the entire email campaign lifecycle, encompassing planning, scheduling, segmentation, content creation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to synchronize email campaigns with overarching marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Segment email lists based on audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver personalized and targeted communications.
  • Craft compelling and pertinent email content, incorporating copywriting, design briefs, and A/B testing, to optimize campaign efficacy.
  • Monitor and analyze crucial email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to refine campaign performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Enforce best practices for email deliverability, compliance, and list hygiene to ensure optimal inbox placement and subscriber engagement.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to sustain a competitive advantage.
  • Cultivate relationships with email service providers and other vendors to harness technology and tools for campaign execution and optimization.
  • Furnish regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on email performance, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications you need for this job

  • Demonstrated proficiency in email marketing, accompanied by a robust understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, capable of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity in content creation.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email template design and customization (preferred).
  • Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and integrating email marketing with CRM systems (preferred).
  • Must possess your own PC and reliable internet connection.
