Key Responsibilities in this position:
- Identify New Business Opportunities:
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Identify potential clients, partners, and markets for expansion.
- Develop and Execute Strategies:
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Develop proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Network with industry professionals, attend trade shows, and participate in relevant events.
- Sales and Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, product development, and other departments to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications you need for this job:
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
