Position overview as Digital Project Manager
The Digital Project Manager is responsible for leading the development and optimization of eCommerce products and integrating marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience. Working closely with the CEO, this role involves managing the entire product lifecycle, aligning product features with marketing goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities in this position:
- Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a robust product vision and strategy for eCommerce solutions that align with marketing objectives and overall business goals.
- Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business requirements.
- Marketing Integration: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure that eCommerce products and features effectively support and enhance marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Product and Business Development: In close collaboration with the CEO, you will manage the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring that digital products adhere to high-quality standards, offer a seamless user experience, and include well-implemented workflows.
- Build Marketing Strategy: Design and implement marketing strategies, taking a hands-on approach to drive product launches, promotions, and ongoing eCommerce initiatives.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Leadership and Performance Management: Establish clear objectives and expectations for the team, ensuring that each member understands their roles and responsibilities. Continuously evaluate team performance, providing feedback and guidance to help individuals and the team reach their goals and enhance their performance over time.
Qualifications you need for this job:
- Demonstrated experience as a Digital Product Manager or in a similar role, with a strong focus on eCommerce and marketing.
- Proven track record in managing eCommerce product development and integrating marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Woocommerce and Opencart) and digital marketing best practices.
- Skilled in using product management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
